Registration Information

All registration fees are inclusive of GST and are quoted in Australian Dollars. Early Bird Registration closed on Friday, 7 July 2023. Standard Registration rates will be applicable between Saturday, 8 July and Monday, 20 November 2023.

Registration Types


Early Bird Registration 

Early Bird registration closes on Friday, 7 July 2023. You must register before this date to receive the discounted early bird registration fees. Registration is by credit card payment only. Should an Early Bird invoice not be paid by the close of Early Bird registration, the registration fee will be amended to the Standard fee. 


Standard Registration

Standard registration will apply from Saturday, 8 July to Monday, 20 November 2023. Registration is by credit card payment only.


Day Delegate Registration 

Day delegate registration covers attendance for a delegate attending the Conference for individual day(s) only and does not include attendance at any social events. More than one day can be selected, however you may find it more cost effective to register as a full Conference delegate. Additional social event tickets can be purchased by day delegates. 

Social Events

Social event tickets are included in all Full Registration fees but are not included in Day Delegate fees. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying persons or day delegates through the online registration process. 


The Welcome Function will be held the evening of Monday, 27 November 2023 at Eureka 89, Eureka Tower, 7 Riverside Quay, Southbank, VIC 3006.


The Conference Dinner will be held on the evening of Thursday, 31 November 2023, at the InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto, 495 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.

APC 2023 Sponsors and Exhibitors will be given instructions on how to register for the Conference. Please wait to receive your correspondence before booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be advised to GEMS Event Management Australia in writing via email before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from GEMS Event Management Australia. If you have not received acknowledgement within five (5) business days, please contact GEMS Event Management Australia on +61 2 9744 5252. If the cancellation is not received in writing, the registration fees will not be cancelled, and full registration will still be payable.  

Registration Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Wednesday, 11 October 2023 will be accepted, and all fees refunded less an AUD$70 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers at least 5 days prior to the Conference.  

Online registration received by GEMS Event Management Australia are considered to be confirmed by the delegate. No tentative bookings will be accepted. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference and any unpaid registration fees will still be payable. 


In the case of a medical emergency, including a Covid-19 diagnosis, which has caused a registered delegate to not attend the Conference the Conference Organiser must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered. Where the Conference Organisers are advised of the situation after the Conference and a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the delegate must still pay the administration fee, along with any catering charges incurred for all catering events at which they were scheduled to attend. 


Delivery Policy 

Once your Conference registration has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation from EventsAIR confirming successful completion of your registration within a few minutes of registering. Your Conference Registration Confirmation and Tax Invoice will be sent to you via email and no later than 5 working days after your registration has been completed.

Payment Options 

A Tax Invoice will be automatically sent to you at the time of registration. All registrations are payable by credit card at the time of registration. If you wish to pay by purchase order, please contact the Accounts Team at GEMS Event Management Australia on 02 9744 5252.
